Shipping, Customs & Import Duties

All orders are processed and dispatched within 5–14 business days, as each piece is framed to order, carefully prepared, and securely packaged before shipping.

International shipping usually takes 4-7 business days depending on the destination.

United States (USA): Customs duties, import taxes, or other customs-related fees may apply to orders shipped to the United States, depending on the current US import regulations, the value and classification of the artwork, and the applicable customs procedures. Any applicable charges may be collected by the carrier or customs authorities upon importation and are the customer’s responsibility.

United Kingdom (UK): Orders shipped to the UK may be subject to import VAT, customs duties and/or customs clearance fees. The amount payable depends on the value, classification and origin of the artwork and the applicable UK import regulations. For qualifying original works of art, a reduced import VAT rate may apply. Any charges assessed upon importation are the customer’s responsibility and may be collected by the carrier before or upon delivery.

Switzerland (CH): Orders shipped to Switzerland may be subject to Swiss import VAT, customs duties and/or customs clearance fees. The amount payable depends on the value, classification and origin of the artwork and the applicable Swiss import regulations. The standard Swiss import VAT rate is currently 8.1%. Any charges assessed upon importation are the customer’s responsibility and may be collected by the carrier before or upon delivery.

Hong Kong (HK):

Hong Kong currently has no general import duty or VAT on artwork. However, the shipping carrier may charge a small customs clearance or handling fee, depending on the service used.
